Simply Revenue

About

Simran Nanda

Revenue operations consultant. CRM systems specialist.

I've spent the last several years inside the revenue systems of 20+ startups and growth-stage companies, most of them under $20M ARR. The pattern is almost always the same. The team has outgrown the tooling. Nobody fully trusts the pipeline numbers. The CRM has quietly become a place where data goes to get stale. And the C-suite finds out what is actually happening in the business through one-on-ones, pipeline meetings, a Google Sheet somebody maintains by hand, and word of mouth.

The fix is rarely more software. It's usually a smaller, clearer system that people will actually use, and someone willing to do the unglamorous work of deciding what a qualified lead is and then making every tool agree.

I work end to end: architecting CRMs from scratch, migrating between them, building the automation underneath, and then the dashboards on top that let a rep, a manager, and a board see the same numbers. I also train the team, because a system nobody understands decays the moment you leave the room.

I am an admin in both Salesforce and HubSpot, and I have moved companies in both directions: Salesforce to HubSpot, and HubSpot to Salesforce. Most people in this work pick a side and defend it. I would rather tell you which one your team will actually use, and then be the person who moves you there without losing your history.

If you've ever asked why two dashboards disagree and gotten three different answers, that's the thing I fix.
